What Parents should know about Little League Insurance

 

Note: Although you can download the Volunteer Application and type directly into it, there is NO way to submit it electronically on the web site.  You will need to print it out (with the filled in information), make sure you include your Social Security Number (needed for the background check), make a color copy of your Driver's License, and provide $5 to become a Regular Member of Eau Gallie Little League.  Staple all three together (Volunteer Application, Copy of Driver's License, and the $5) and give it to any EGLL Board Member or to the Manager of your child's team (if applicable).
